My name is Jingliu Poelstra. 26 years old.

This website is about me but also for what's around me. It's about the pictures I make and the people I meet.  The places I visit. The stories they tell. 

This is also about my graduation project. About adoption and prejudices. It's a movie I've made and the pictures I took. 

I've traveled to find a root, to make it grow, to become part of it. I've traveled to find something new, something old. To become familiar with a place I've been born in, but not grew up in. 

The pictures were made in China. About the diversity, the people, the city, the incredible architecture. I would love to go back one day, capture it all over again.
